All information transmission is carried out in strictly encrypted and secure protocols. We are not responsible if any information is transferred to hostile entities.
We undertake not to make use of the data, nor to transfer it to anyone other than the credit card company, without permission from the owner.
Anything found on this Website, the jewelry and any idea standing behind it, are private and are the fruit of creation of the Jeweler Niv Kimchi and are subject to copyright laws.

Ordering Jewelry
After the purchase had been approved, we will start working on your order.
The order will be ready within 14 business days, mostly much earlier
You can either pick up the order from our studio or ask for delivery.
in case of delivery, the Jewels will be delivered by the Israel Post Company or by another delivery company. We do not take any responsibility for delays, neither delays on their part, nor delays that were caused by force major, such as a strikes, wars etc.
Although We make every effort to display the Jewels and their colors and sizes as accurately as possible, the displayed colors and sizes of the Jewelries depend upon the monitor of the user, We cannot guarantee that the user’s monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the Jewelries. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
Mistakes happen even with much effort on our part, and as such, we do not take responsibility for missing information, mistakes or unclear information that can happen even with the best of intentions. The price of the necklace is depending on its length, the price of the jewelry is depending on the size and quality of the diamond or Gemstone.

I offer a full refund for all items within 14 days of purchase, subject to:
The jewelry has not been damaged in any way and it is in its original purchased condition.
Please allow 3 weeks for the credit to appear in your account if you purchased the product with a credit card or PayPal.
In any case of cancellation, return or replace of a purchase, the delivery cost will not be returned nor will the tax fees.
If you wish to return or replace an item, please email me and I will instruct you accordingly.
